Accommodation

We have arranged two options for accommodation of the NGSCES2011 participants. You can either get a room at the hotel “Hesperia Peregrino”, or a room at the University Residence Hall “UR Burgo das Nacións“.

The “Hesperia Peregrino” hotel is located five minutes walking from the conference hall. The price for a double room is 74€ per night, including breakfast. To make a reservation at the hotel send an email to eventos@hesperia-peregrino.com, indicating in the subject the reference “NGSCES 2011″. Note that all reservation arrangements as well as payments will be done directly with the hotel.

The University Residence Hall “UR Burgo das Nacións” is located 20 mins walking from the conference hall. We have negociated a really convenient rate for those travelling on a budget. The price for a room (all room are single-rooms with a full bathroom) per night is 30€ for professors, and 14€ for postdocs & students. To make a reservation at the residence hall you should fill out this form. In this case the payment has to be done the same way as the registration fee, either with a bank transfer before June 15th or in cash the first day of the conference. (See the details in the form. Feel free to do a single bank transfer for both the registration fee and the residence hall,  if you prefer.)

Of course, you are also free to explore other options for lodging by yourself. A short list of hotels close to the conference hall is: “Gran Hotel Santiago” (1 min walk from conference hall), “Hotel Herradura“(5 min walk), “Hotel Pazos Alba” (10 min walk).
